When will you have a product release?
To stay up to date on exact dates and times for product releases and availability please follow us on Instagram and Twitter at @Shellaqued and remember to turn your post notifications on. Also, subscribe to our email list to be the first to gain exclusive access to discounts, events, and more! 
 
 
I just placed an order, am I able to cancel or make any changes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes to orders that have been placed. We work around the clock to satisfy orders in a timely fashion so you can receive your little black box as soon as possible. Additionally, please ensure that shipping addresses are correct as changes are unable to be accommodated after an order has been placed. 
  
 
Refunds, Exchanges, & Returns Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of Shellaquéd products and to uphold the value and integrity of our products, there is a strict no refund, return, or exchange policy. By placing an order with Shellaquéd you agree to pay in full, the balance of your items with shipping and will not receive a refund, exchange, credit, discount, or compensation for items purchased. Should items be returned and/or sent back to us, you will not receive items, a refund, exchange, credit for items or shipping costs. If there are any issues, questions, or concerns with an order, please contact us via email at Info@Shellaqued.com so we may best assist you and rectify any concerns immediately. We pride ourselves on great customer service and value you as a consumer.
 
 
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your order. Once your little black box is prepared you will be notified via email with a tracking number to follow up with your order. Shipping is usually an additional 7-10 business days with additional shipping delays possible due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be advised that Shellaquéd™ is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. Please follow up with the respective mail courier for any questions specifically related to shipping status.
 
 
What are in your products?
At Shellaquéd™, we aim to keep our products as natural, organic, GMO free, cruelty free, and luxurious as possible. Our products are formulated with only the best of the best materials and ingredients. At what age should I treat signs of aging? 
At the age of 25 you start to lose 1% of collagen each year. It is never too early or late to take care of what takes care of you. By using our products consistently on your skin you are more likely to see results and decrease signs of aging all over your body and maintain youthful skin. What will be in my little black box?
We do not use the word luxury loosely. In your package you can expect to receive the products purchased wrapped in our signature packaging. Your order will arrive in our Shellaquéd little black box, wrapped in our white and gold tissue paper comforted by pure white stuffing shreds, all sealed with a gold wax stamp.
